About Hands On

“Hands On Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy center started in June 2009 at Baldwin, now has relocated to New state of the art facility at 509 Merrick Road, Rockville Centre, NY 11570 as of November 1st 2017. We have grown over years and have office locations at New Hyde Park in Long Island, Forest Hills in Queens, and at Court street in Brooklyn. All our offices are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and accessible by public transportation (subway and LIRR) and we have large free parking areas for your convenient access. All our buildings are handicap accessible and comply with Medicare and major insurance guidelines. We accept all major insurances including Medicare, no fault and workman’s compensation.

We offer Physical therapy, Occupational therapy and Speech therapy services.

We believe in personalized care that is rooted in evidence based one-on-one therapy with a hands-on approach. Our mission is to deliver highly skilled and effective rehabilitative services to our clients so as to enable them to maintain a lifetime of optimal health and physical function. We specialize in balance training, functional activity stimulation, postural restoration including strengthening and stretching exercises.
